CLIENT SUPPORT UNIT CASEWORKER
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 37.5 hours week
Context: Centralised department providing ongoing debt counselling for existing clients transferred from our centre network.
Role: Manage own caseload, handling queries from clients and creditors.
Person: Quick thinker, accurate worker, calm and professional communicator, compassionate.
Starting salary: £17,088
Start date: November 2008
