INSOLVENCY ADVISOR
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 37.5 hours week
Context: The Insolvency department provides in depth and specialist advice to CAP clients and caseworkers on cases that do not fit into a normal CAP repayment programme. The department completes paperwork for bankruptcy/sequestration petitions, administration order court documentation and gathers information for IVA/Trust deed applications.
Role: To advise CAP clients and caseworkers on the suitability of cases for personal insolvency and to then complete the necessary administration to take those cases through those proceedings as far as possible.
Person: Lateral thinker, excellent communicator, good admin skills, accuracy & attention to detail, logical & articulate approach to work.
