CAP’s Founder John Kirkby has a lot in common with his son – including a love of Bradford City Football Club! As a father, John knows what it’s like to find joy in spending time with his children.

Our Heavenly Father is like this too. He loves it when we spend time with him. It is so good to set aside the space to listen to God and invest in this relationship.

Here at CAP’s head office, staff take time to pray every day, because we know we cannot do any of this without God’s help. There are many hopes we have for the year ahead: in 2017 we want to help 21,500 people, but this will only be possible with God. Even more than this, above and beyond anything that we are asking our Father for, we know that it is just great to spend time in his presence!

Whatever you have planned for today, how can you spend some time with your Father?
