The ladies answering our freephone number are ready to talk to around 200 people calling for help but the post Christmas influx is not just about overspending on festivities.
Our research shows that most people calling just couldn’t face dealing with their debt problems before Christmas – and that many people who recommend our service had time off creating a peak in January. Common situations actually involve serious and long-term problems including rent and mortgage arrears, job loss and relationship breakdown.
