The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published their interim report into the credit card market. They have concluded that competition seems to be working well for most consumers and are now turning their focus to vulnerable customers and those in financial difficulty. Read our comments on the interim report and proposed remedies, which welcomes the recognition of many of the concerns we raised in our response to the credit card market study’s terms of reference and stresses the support those in financial difficulty need.
