Financial Advice Market Review (FAMR)

HM Treasury and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) are conducting a joint review to look at how financial advice could work better for consumers. Our greatest concern is the lack of affordable, independent financial advice available to those who are considering whether to release assets to repay their debts. Read our response to the call for input which calls for comprehensive provision of financial advice for all consumers, especially to meet the needs of those who are poor and vulnerable.
