The House of Lords appointed a Select Committee on Financial Exclusion in May 2016 to consider financial exclusion and access to mainstream services. Their first call for evidence included a wide range of topics from financial education to the impact of welfare reforms. We were invited to share our insights as part of this call for evidence and submitted a written response. Read CAP’s submission below.
