Scottish Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) Review

Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) is conducting a review of the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS), which is a formal debt solution for those living in Scotland who are able to make sustained repayments towards their debts. The review is focusing on changes introduced during 2013 and 2014. CAP has provided a response to express our concerns about some gaps in the protection DAS gives to debtors.
