CAP are proud to support the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute’s (MMHPI) campaign ‘Stop the Charge’. People in debt crisis who have mental health problems are being charged by their doctors for the medical evidence they need to send to their creditors. MMHPI’s campaign aims to tackle the issue by working with GPs and government across the UK to find a practical solution. If you want to learn more about this campaign or help to make a change by sending a letter to your health minister, visit moneyandmentalhealth.org/stopthecharge.
