If you have a home visit booked in, this will now take place over the phone. You should have already been contacted about this, but if not, please speak to your Debt Coach, or call us at head office on 0800 328 0006.
My case is now handled by head office
We want to reassure you that our aim is to maintain our service to you during this time. We are doing what we can but may take a bit longer than usual to get back to you. As many of our head office staff as possible have been equipped to work from home so that we can do our best to continue helping you.
- Our phone lines are open as usual. Call 01274 761999 to speak to the team. Please be aware that we may have fewer staff available than usual so we appreciate your patience.
- If you have paperwork that needs urgent action, please email a copy to email@example.com. Make sure you include your CAP reference number in the subject line so we can deal with your paperwork as soon as possible. We can accept forwarded emails, screenshots or clear photographs.
If you are affected by coronavirus (COVID-19):
- If you cannot pay into your CAP Plan, or if your income is affected, please call us as soon as possible on 01274 761999.

I want help with my debts but haven't called CAP yet
While we work out how we can offer the best service possible during this time, we’ve had to temporarily stop taking new clients. We’ll update this page as soon as we’re taking new clients again, so keep checking back for updates.
