Become a CAP Ambassador

We have an audacious vision to see 1,000 CAP ministries across this country by 2021. We want every community to have access to a CAP Debt Centre, CAP Money Course, CAP Job Club and CAP Release Group. Could you inspire individuals and churches to rise up and bring hope through CAP? We need people like you to join our team; men and women of God with a heart for the poor and the broken, who can help raise awareness of what we do and see CAP impact more lives.

'Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.'
Proverbs 31: 8-9

Stage 11. Why should I become a CAP Ambassador?

Jesus' mission to proclaim good news to the poor and set the captives free through the local church is the core of who we are. Over the past 19 years, we have been relentlessly pursuing our vision, partnering with hundreds of churches across the UK to see people released from a life sentence of debt, poverty and their causes.

We know there are many triggers that cause debt and keep families trapped in poverty; financial illiteracy, unemployment and addiction to name a few. Through our services, we have created practical solutions to equip local churches to address some of the biggest problems in our society.

Our aim is to expand these services to reach more people and break the cycle of poverty in this country. Since CAP began in 1996, through the support and dedication of thousands of individuals, we have seen many churches partner with us to run a CAP service. CAP Ambassadors are vital to the growth of CAP and are the voice of CAP in their community and church. Becoming an Ambassador is a fantastic opportunity to use your time to make a difference, learn some new skills and become part of the CAP family.

Whatever your skills, we have a CAP Ambassador role to suit you! See Step 2 for more details...
