We're seeking an Executive Director

I have the most amazing opportunity for a truly outstanding leader of the highest calibre. Someone who can come alongside me and help lead the charity as we continue to grow our impact and serve the poor with excellence. Maybe it’s you, or maybe you know someone – either way please keep reading.

CAP has been built on collaborative leadership. I’ve seen it, experienced it and cultivated that in my 19 years of working here, and nearly twelve as CEO. I’m looking for someone who has all the guts, drive, big picture thinking and confidence of a number one leader, yet all the humility to do that job alongside others and under my leadership.

The role of Executive Director basically means leading most of the organisation that is CAP. This then frees me up to lead on vision, mission, our network of centres and international work.

So, would you be courageous enough to bring your gifts, your skills, your strengths and all of your physical and spiritual energy to help lead this modern day miracle? Take a look at the full job pack to get the inside track on all that this opportunity has to offer as well as details on how to apply. And if it’s not for you, but you know someone else who might fit the bill, please share with them.

Please add your prayers to ours as we seek God’s wisdom for this vital appointment to the CAP family.

God bless,
Matt Barlow
CEO
