2nd Line IT Support Technician - IT

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 37.5 per week.

Context: We are passionate about using our technical skills to make the CAP user experience excellent. We know that through this we are enabling CAP to serve our clients better and to continue to grow towards our ambitious 2021 vision.

Role: The role of the 2nd Line IT Support Technician is to work with the IT Support Team Leader and IT Support Technicians in maintaining and supporting CAP’s desktop and laptop estate, whilst having additional responsibility for the telephone systems, user account policy & procedures, PA/AV services and user training. This is a user-facing role, with the primary focus being on delivering an excellent and generous service in terms of support, training and administration.

Person: We really enjoy food (particularly cake), technology and helping people do their jobs. We are dedicated and hard working (when fed…).

Starting salary: £21,483.00

On occasion the role may include remote work, out of hours work, early morning/late nights.
