Area Manager- Northern Ireland - Network Management

Hours: 18.75 per week (flexible across Mon-Thurs)

Context: The Network Management Team is responsible for managing and developing our network of centres and the staff that run those centres. Area Managers report to Region Leaders who are part of the Network Management Team.

Role: The Area Manager is responsible for supporting and managing a number of centres running CAP’s core services to deliver CAP’s vision with the local church. They will be responsible for implementing key regional priorities that impact the frontline workers. They will – as appropriate – build and maintain relationships with key local church leaders and referral agencies.

Person: To be successful the Area Manager will need to work well within a remote team, with the drive and skill to engage and empower the frontline staff to deliver CAP’s vision. They will strive for excellence whilst being compassionate, relational and professional.

Starting salary: £27,500.00 FTE

Start date: 3 September 2019

Travel expected across Northern Ireland. This role is based from the CAP Northern Ireland Office, Belfast. Travel and training in Bradford and other mainland locations across the year. Interviews will be held on 1 August 2019 at our Belfast offices
