Area Manager (Scotland Based) - Network Management
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (flexible)
Context: We are committed to empowering the local church and therefore we invest in the support required for a church to run a CAP service well. We support and manage the network of centres, as well as being involved in recruiting and training centre staff to ensure our centres are successful in achieving our strategic objectives. We are focused on providing excellent tools so our frontline workers can provide the best possible service to all we help.
Role: The Area Manager is responsible for supporting and managing a number of centres running CAPs core services in Scotland. They will also be involved in recruiting, support, training and managing all frontline workers involved in running CAP services in their local communities. Please note, the location of work for this role is the CAP Scotland Office, Edinburgh.

Starting salary: £25,079 per annum pro rata

Successful candidates will need to hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle as the role will involve travelling to meet with churches and church leaders.
