Church Engagement Speaker Team Leader - Church Partnership

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 37.5 hours per week but could be flexible for the right candidate

Context: The Church Engagement team has a responsibility to strategically engage with the church across the UK, to inspire and encourage churches to tackle debt, poverty and its causes through partnership with us in one of our key ministry projects.

Role: To provide leadership and management for the Church Engagement Speaker Team, ensuring that the team generates, organises and co-ordinates presentations in churches around the UK, and recruits, leads, equips and inspires CAP’s National Speaker Team.

Person: We love the local church! We are a driven, tenacious, relationship building sales team who are full of compassion and who find some fun in every day.

Starting salary: £25,079 per annum for full time hours

Start date: ASAP

The successful candidate will need to join the Volunteer Speaker Team and be available to do at least 3 church talks per year
