CAP has an ambitious vision to transform it’s debt service. In order to fulfill this vision, CAP needs to be agile and efficient in its communication. The role of the Debt Service Transformation (DST) Content Creator is to work with the Internal Communications Lead in the People and Culture Department to ensure CAP’s staff, frontline workers and church network are informed - feeling equipped, confident and inspired to adapt to any improvement change that impacts them. The Debt Service Transformation Content Creator is responsible for producing all communication about the DST Programme. This involves writing and ghostwriting emails, scripts, blogs and creating presentations for any internal audience. Communication will play a key role in ensuring that all internal audience groups are informed about the programme and engaged in its development.
