Continuous Improvement Lead - FTC until end of October 2022

The Church is the focus of CAP’s vision and, as such, we place great importance on how we interact with, equip and support them. This role will help ensure that we fulfil our vision to see Transformed Lives, Thriving Churches and an end to UK poverty. This role sits within the Church Network department and within the Church Engagement & Network directorate.

The role

The Continuous Improvement Lead role exists to serve our partner churches through delivering improvements to the effectiveness of our services, in particular our Job Clubs and Life Skills (Group Services). We want to see all of our c250 Group Services able to serve communities better and for churches to see the impact they are having on lives in their community. This role will therefore focus on identifying and implementing changes that impact Group Services from content changes, sharing best practice and in supporting the Group Services as they return to “normal” as Covid restrictions reduce. This role reports to the Head of England and Network Operations but will serve all of the UK.

Who we're looking for

The Church Network team is passionate about developing our relationship with churches and frontline workers to offer life transforming CAP services to local communities across the UK, whilst giving clients the opportunity to hear and respond to the love of Jesus.

Location

This role can be fully remote or hybrid working between our Bradford HO & home.
