Creditor Relationship Officer - External Relations

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm

Context: Reporting to the Director of External Affairs the team are responsible for building relationships with creditors, referral agencies and other external organisations and they work to create referrals and raise CAP’s profile.They are also responsible for negotiating with secondary and priority creditors on behalf of all the clients helped by Christians Against Poverty, and play a vital part in the client’s journey out of debt.

Role: The role of the Creditor Relationship Officer is to build relationships and to provide additional support to the DMP Team, escalating issues to creditors whilst jointly managing CAP’s portfolio of secondary and priority debts and negotiating with creditors on behalf of our clients.

Starting salary: £22,042
