Data Analyst - Church Network

The Church is the focus of CAP’s vision and, as such, we place great importance on how we interact with, equip and support them. To help The Church Network team fulfil this vision there is a need for clear information to help inform decision making. This role sits within the Church Network Management Support team within Church Network. Over the next few years we have a particular focus on making life easier and clearer for churches and the Church Network team. This role will be a key part of that journey.

The role

To support, facilitate and further the work of the Church Network team through various analysis, research and data related projects. The team needs excellent information in all spheres of operation and this role exists to internally inform operational decisions, so that strategic direction can be informed and guided by historical data.

Who we're looking for

The network team is passionate about developing our relationship with churches and frontline workers to offer life transforming CAP services to local communities across the UK, whilst giving clients the opportunity to hear and respond to the love of Jesus. The Data Analyst is a key specialist who loves to manipulate and get to grips with data. They are passionate about accurate and clear data analytics, presented in an easy to understand way so that they can lead strategic decisions and measure performance.
