Events and Fundraising Support Team Leader - Fundraising & Marketing

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week

Context: The Fundraising Operations team goes all out to inspire individuals and churches through engaging events, supporter appreciation, inspiring phone calls, and insightful data. We support and drive projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing department because we are passionate that individuals give and keep on giving, and that churches are compelled to partner with CAP. The Fundraising Operations team is made up of the Events team, Fundraising Support team, Supporter Phone team and Data Analytics team.

Role: The Events and Fundraising Support Team Leader oversees both the Events team and the Fundraising Support team. With a belief that top quality events organisation can make or break an attendee’s experience, you’ll lead the Events team as they deliver every event required by the Fundraising and Marketing department. These include fundraising dinners, exhibitions, church partnership days and CAP Money training days, amongst others. A tried and tested project manager, proven to deliver on time and to an excellent standard, you’ll also look after and manage the workload of the Fundraising Support team, who process donations and provide admin support for the whole Fundraising and Marketing department.

Person: You’re driven by well-organised, well-run events and efficient administration. You get a buzz from successful events and love all the tiny details of making all sorts of events work. Your passion for giving individuals and churches the chance to engage with CAP in a way that increases their heart for the work we do is key. Our team strives to inspire and get to know our supporters and churches, getting to grips with what makes them tick. We love working together to efficiently hit our targets, meet our deadlines, and show appreciation to our supporters.

Starting salary: £24,444
