Events Support Administrator (Temporary contract until 31 August 2018). - Fundraising & Marketing
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 22.5 per week.
Context: The Fundraising Operations team aims to inspire individuals and churches through engaging events, supporter appreciation, inspiring phone calls, and insightful data. We support and drive projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing department because we are passionate that individuals give or keep on giving and churches are compelled to partner with CAP. The Fundraising Operations team is made up of the Events team, Fundraising Support team, Supporter Engagement Phone team, and Data Analytics team.
Role: The Events team should organise and plan the variety of events that are required across the Fundraising and Marketing department. These will include, fundraising dinners, national and local exhibitions, church partnership days, pastor breakfasts, CAP Money training days and others that may be requested. This involves everything required to pull off a successful event, from venue research and booking, to event logistics and event volunteers.
Person: The Events team are driven by well organised and well run events. They get a buzz from successful events and love all the tiny details of making all sorts of events work. They are passionate about giving individuals and churches the chance to engage with CAP in a way that increases their heart for the work we do.In this role you would be expected to work up to 5 weekends per year at events.
Starting salary: £16,753.00 (pro-rata £10,052.00)
