Executive Assistant to the Director of People and Culture - Staff Development

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 22.5 per week (ideally worked over 5 days, but flexible)

Context: The Staff Development team aim to recruit, retain and develop people who are passionate about CAP’s mission and demonstrate our values; making CAP effective in its performance and a great place to work.

Role: This role provides executive assistance to the Director of People, working as an extension to this leader’s role. They will provide management of key projects as well as support with the daily aspects of Director’s role; including calendar and email management and deputising in meetings as required.

Person: We are fun, professional, caring and ‘make it happen’ kind of people.

Starting salary: £19,535.00 (pro-rata)
