Facilities & Security Manager - Facilities
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week
Context: The Facilities team support and serve the work of the charity in its Head Office environment. We aim to enable users of our workplace and properties to experience a comfortable, enjoyable, creative and safe environment.
Role: Through the leadership of this role, the Jubilee Campus will demonstrate CAP’s value of Excellence in all of its areas. The Facilities & Security Manager cares passionately that the workplace is an inspiring place in which to serve God, expressing the value we place on our staff and volunteers. They are the ultimate organiser, making sure that our workplace meets the needs of our staff and volunteers by managing all the required services. They will be involved in planning and day-to-day operations - managing and coordinating essential services such as maintenance, security, reception, mail, printing, archiving, procurement, catering, cleaning, waste & recycling. This requires a positive, proactive approach and a focus on quality in order to achieve the efficient and effective delivery of support services.

Starting salary: £27,621
