South East Area Manager (full time or will consider a job share) - Network Management

Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week - a job share will be considered for the right candidates

Context: We are committed to empowering the local church and therefore we invest in the support required for a church to run a CAP service well. We support and manage the network of centres, as well as being involved in recruiting and training centre staff to ensure our centres are successful in achieving our strategic objectives. We are focused on providing excellent tools so our frontline workers can provide the best possible service to all we help.

Role: The Area Manager is responsible for supporting and managing a number of centres running CAPs core services. They will also be involved in recruiting, support, training and managing a frontline workers involved in running CAP services in their local communities.

Person: We are a team driven to enable and empower our partner churches to be the answer to some of the biggest problems our societies face. We are a driven and fun team who strive for excellence whilst being compassionate, relational and professional.

Starting salary: £25,079 pro rata per annum

Start date: ASAP

This role will involve some travelling and remote working away from Head Office and therefore is open to anyone located within the South East.
