Head of Communications - Fundraising & Marketing

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week

Context: Communications plays a vital role in how CAP is perceived across the nation and the Head of Communications is key in helping our supporters, client and the public at large to understand the character of CAP. The Head of Communications is charged with keeping CAP’s communications innovative, fresh, friendly and effective. The Communications team aims to shout about how God is using CAP to change lives so people are inspired to give and keep on giving, churches are compelled to run a CAP service and clients are encouraged to seek help. We do this with inspiring and clear communications in all its forms.

Role: To increase the awareness, support and partners of CAP by being responsible for communicating the brand and CAP’s vision to all our supporters, churches, clients, and referral agencies. To do this through compelling literature, website, e-shots, film, direct mail, supporter interactions and the media in all its forms.

Person: We are creative people who are full of new ideas. We want to get things right, understand what makes people tick and create excellent communication.

Starting salary: £32,499 - £36,347 depending on experience
