Head of Donor Development - Fundraising & Marketing
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:00pm)
Context: The Head of Donor Development is a key leader within our Fundraising and Marketing team. Responsible for driving the acquisition of new donors and identifying strategies to inspire existing donors, this role offers huge scope and opportunity to a talented and experienced fundraiser looking for the next step in their career.
Role: To provide leadership and momentum to our strategies for acquisition and retention of major donors, trusts, regular donors and mid-level donors, supporter journeys and experience, and church courses. Working with programme managers, senior leadership and the wider CAP staff, to be responsible for hitting targets through a combination of existing strategies and creative innovation.

Salary: £31,862 - £35,635 dependent on experience
