Head of Finance - Finance

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week

Context: The Charity firmly relies upon vital background functions in order to deliver its continued success. The charity’s finances require accurate financial planning, budgeting, accounting and reporting. The finances of our clients require regulatory compliance, security, accuracy, efficiency and great customer service. The board of trustees require compliance with all charity regulation, and other regulatory frameworks, and an appropriate approach to risk.

Role: This role reports to the Director of Finance & Compliance and heads up the team of charity finance and client finance and provides operational support to international finance colleagues. The post holder will be required to apply their technical knowledge & skills with a hands-on management style. The ability to champion change and provide effective financial support across the charity is essential.This varied and challenging role demands an experienced accountant with a strong track record in managing teams for success through robust reporting systems, financial systems and process delivery.

Salary: £31,862 - £35,635 dependant on experience
