Head of Scotland (regionally based) - Network Management

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week

Context: The Network Management team are responsible for recruiting, training, managing and developing our ever-expanding network of debt centres and group services and the staff that run those Services.

Role: The Head of Country - Scotland works with the Region Director – Devolved Nations to develop the network of debt centres and group services across Scotland and to be the face of CAP in Scotland. The role is responsible for managing and developing all new and existing services and centres within Scotland to achieve key objectives. The Head of Country also has responsibility to be a key leader of the charity within Scotland, driving growth of all key services across the region. This role also involves fundraising (including fundraising dinners), external relations networking, national publicity and working with local government to increase referrals.

Starting salary: £32,690
