Head Office Receptionist (Temp 6 month contract) - Facilities

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week - we would consider a job share.

Context: This role sits within the Facilities team, which exists to support and serve the work of the charity in its Head Office environment. We aim to enable users of our campus and properties to experience a safe, comfortable, enjoyable and efficient environment.

Role: The role of the Receptionist is to make sure a warm, friendly face greets all visitors to our head office. To maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges. To deal with enquiries and calls to our switchboard and responding appropriately.

Person: We're flexible, hardworking, fun, and ‘get stuck in’ kind of people.

Starting salary: £15,631 Pro Rata
