Insolvency Support Caseworker (Flexible Hours Available) - Debt Operations

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week (flexible, full and part time available)

Context: Teams of Caseworkers at our head office in Bradford carry out the debt counselling work of CAP. The service is then delivered to clients through a network of Debt Coaches who are based in partner churches all over the UK. The Insolvency Support Team sits within the wider Debt Operations Department and is made up of debt counselling Caseworkers.

Role: The role of the Insolvency Support Team Caseworker is to jointly manage a portfolio of clients as they work their way out of debt through their Insolvency option.

Person: We are extremely organised and efficient, effective communicators, find fun amidst the detail, great with numbers and have a strong drive to progress our work efficiently and professionally.

Starting salary: £19,535 progressing up to £22,980 after full training is complete and standards achieved.
