IT Programme Manager (Fundraising/CRM systems) - 18 month contract - IT
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:00pm)
Context: The IT team are an essential part of CAP’s support services, enabling the critical work of CAP in the UK and other countries. Our role is to strategically develop technology solutions that respond to the changing needs of CAP and the opportunities in the wider IT environment. Once systems are in use, we provide vital support and training for CAP’s HQ staff and wider user community.
Role: This role will provide management of a large, complex programme to implement CAP's new CRM/fundraising system (Salesforce). Using your communication skills, you will build great relationships with our internal teams to ensure all their system needs are met by liaising with our external supplier. You will get a kick out of planning and managing multiple threads of work (often delivered by different teams), and seeing them successfully delivered on time. You will work in a fast paced environment to deliver a solution that will equip our fundraising teams to be more effective in order that thousands more lives can be freed from UK poverty.

Starting salary: £ Negotiable
