Long Term Support Administrator - Debt Operations
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:00pm
Context: When a client comes to CAP for help with their debts they will be helped initially by our Setup department. Then, once we know what route out of debt the client will be taking, their case will be transferred to one of our ‘long-term’ teams, who will aim to support the client until they are debt free. The Long-Term Support Admin Team (LSAT) works alongside these long-term teams.
Role: The LSAT Administrators are responsible for handling all the various administrative tasks across a number of the CAP Debt Operations teams. This includes various tasks like ensuring important paperwork from our clients is accurately scanned onto our case management system, contacting clients to arrange telephone appointments between them and an Adviser, and running reports for team managers.
Person: We are extremely organised and efficient, and work well under our own initiative.
We’re good with people and can communicate easily with people from different backgrounds, especially over the phone.
We’re also good fun, comfortable in working well in a great team!
Starting salary: £17,618
