CAP’s debt help is one of the key services offered by the charity. Like all that CAP does, the service is delivered through a network of local churches across the UK. The New Enquiries Team is the team responsible for answering the initial queries of potential clients enquiring regarding our debt help service, and booking suitable candidates for appointments for a visit from a local church
The role of the New Enquiries Team Manager is to ensure an excellent and compassionate service is delivered to enquiries into the charity for help. You will allocate workload, train and equip new starters, identify and implement changes, and provide management and leadership to your team in order to ultimately provide an excellent service to our clients.
