New Enquiries Team Operator - New Enquiries Team

Hours: 1) 25 hours per week - 12:00pm - 5:00pm 2) 22.5 hours per week - 3 full days

Context: The New Enquiries Team switchboard exists to handle calls from the general public enquiring about becoming a CAP client for debt counselling or CAP Job Club member.

Role: Answering calls from the general public enquiring about CAP’s services. This will involve assessing the callers’ suitability for the service and selling the unique CAP solutions: Debt counselling, CAP Money and CAP Job Clubs, where appropriate. Using CAP’s diary system to book in callers for their first debt counselling visit or introductory session for a CAP Job Club. Directing callers, where appropriate, to other departments or other services.

Person: We are a caring and empathetic team, supportive to one another, great encouragers and communicators.

Starting salary: £19,040 pro rata
