The role of the People Experiences Manager is to lead the People Experiences team, creating and delivering events in line with the wider engagement strategy for our CAP events calendar, in collaboration with all key stakeholders, and managing the team to oversee the organisation of high quality events for all of CAP’s internal audiences.

Bradford Head Office based with some home working available.
This role requires occasional evening work and some time staying away from home (approx 10-15 nights a year).
