The DST Programme Coordinator reports to the Debt Service Transformation Programme Manager and is part of the Debt Service Transformation Programme team.
The role of the Programme Coordinator is to provide support to the Programme Manager in the day to day tasks of the programme.You will coordinate meetings and activities to support the programme as well as taking notes and actions from those meetings. You will then also follow up on the progress of these actions and report them as necessary.
You will prepare formal progress reports and presentations for the programme team, governance board and board of trustees in cooperation with the Programme Manager.You’ll assist the programme manager by keeping project documents relevant and up to date and facilitate good communication within the programme team, especially working together with the Organisational Development and Engagement team.
You will keep the programme budget information up to date and provide clear reports on this.
