Region Director (London & South of England) - Regional Location - Network Management
Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week
Context: The Network Management team provides vision, strategy, leadership and development for all of our core frontline services. We are committed to empowering the local church and therefore we invest in the support required for a church to run a CAP service well. We run a network of Region Leaders and Area Managers to provide the support and management needed to ensure that the network is successful in achieving our objectives. We are focused on providing excellent tools so our frontline workers can provide the best possible service to all the people we help.
Role: The Region Directors will work collaboratively with the CEO to lead the overall network to achieve its aims. They are to bring high level leadership to the regions they are responsible for, ensuring that the region is delivering quality services both to the community and also to the church. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of their own Region (directly managing Area Managers) and a portfolio of other regions and Regional Leaders. They are co-accountable for performance of all services, Area Managers and Regional Leaders in the network with a particular view to spotting performance trends and acting accordingly to improve them. They will input into innovating and developing this area and lead and implement excellently any necessary changes through the network’s management team as needed. The Region Director will be expected to travel across their region(s) and attend regular training and meetings at CAP’s Head Office in Bradford.

Starting salary: £32,690 (additional weighting dependant on location)
