Region Leader - South West (regionally based) - Network Management

Hours: 22.5 hours per week - days & hours negotiable

Context: The Network Management team are responsible for managing and developing our ever-expanding network of centres and the staff that run those centres.

Role: The role of Region Leader is to proactively lead their region(s) to deliver excellent results from the centres they oversee, promote the work of CAP and build relationships with regional referral agencies and partner churches. They will report to a Region Director to ensure their regional portfolio of CAP Debt Centres and CAP Group Services are empowering local churches to effectively serve the poor and reach the lost. The Region Leader will be expected to travel across their region(s) and attend regular training and meetings at CAPs Head Office in Bradford.

Starting salary: £29,615 (additional weighting dependant on location) pro rata per annum
