Debt Management Plan Caseworker - Client Services

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Context: Teams of Caseworkers at our head office in Bradford carry out the debt counselling work of CAP. The service is then delivered to clients through a network of Debt Coaches who are based in partner churches all over the UK. The Debt Management Plan Team sits within the wider Debt Operations Department and is made up of debt counselling Caseworkers.

Role: The role of the Debt Management Plan Caseworker is to jointly manage a portfolio of clients as they work their way out of debt through an agreed debt management plan.

Person: We are extremely organised and efficient, effective communicators, find fun amidst the detail, great with numbers and strong on team working.

Salary: £19,040 - £22,398 Upon completion of training and achievement of expected standard
