Research, Development & Innovation Project Manager (Full Time) - Research Development & Innovation

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:00pm

Context: The Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) team exist to develop, improve and strengthen CAP’s critical work in the UK, and around the world. Our role is to lead on the most strategic research, development and innovation projects whilst enabling other teams in CAP to also grow in these disciplines. We are driven by an endless quest to make things better, to challenge the status quo and to take as much advantage of the world of opportunity and fresh thinking outside and inside of CAP.

Role: The RDI Project Manager reports to the Head of RDI and works as part of a team to provide ongoing research, development and innovation projects for CAP. They will research to get key statistics we can confidently base strategic decisions upon. They will innovate to tackle some of the key strategic issues and opportunities for CAP. They will lead projects to continually improve what we do, and how we do it, across CAP. This role will not only lead projects but influence the culture and practice of RDI and project management across CAP teams.

Starting salary: £25,079 per annum
