Salesforce Administrator (18 month Fixed Term Contract) - IT

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:45am - 5:00pm) 37.5 hours per week

Context: Christians Against Poverty are in the process of implementing the Salesforce CRM System. Going live in March 2018 to 150 users, this new system will enable CAP to more efficiently and effectively work towards its ambitious 2021 vision of supporting 1,000 services across the UK.The Technology team are an essential part of CAP’s support services, enabling the critical work of CAP in the UK, and in other countries. Our role is to strategically develop technology solutions that respond to the changing needs of CAP and the opportunities in the wider IT environment. Once systems are in use we provide generous support and training of CAP’s head office staff and wider user community.

Role: The role of the Salesforce Administrator is to work closely with the teams using Salesforce to ensure it is used effectively to achieve the charity’s strategic and operational aims. Sitting within the Technology team, the post-holder will provide ongoing technical support and administration of the Salesforce system, working with multiple stakeholders in the Fundraising & Marketing team, and will implement the latest relevant Salesforce updates. This is a new role and the post-holder will have the opportunity to help shape it as it develops.The successful candidate will be given access to Salesforce Administrator training to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their role, making this job an excellent opportunity for somebody who is excited about gaining skills on the Salesforce platform.

Salary: £27,621 - £30,491 dependent on experience
