Salesforce Administrator (Full/Part time)

Technology plays a crucial role in enabling CAP's critical, poverty-busting work here in the UK and in our international operations. We are trusted to develop solutions to CAP's changing needs and to support staff and our partner churches to seize opportunities offered by the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

The role

The purpose of the Salesforce Administrator is to work closely with the teams using Salesforce to ensure it is used effectively to achieve the charity’s strategic and operational aims. Sitting within the Technology team, and reporting to the IT Operations Team Leader, the post-holder will provide ongoing technical support and administration of the Salesforce systems. They will work with multiple stakeholders from across the charity and implement the latest relevant Salesforce updates.

We are passionate about using our technical skills to provide the CAP family with generous IT support and excellent solutions. Through this, we enable our staff and partner churches to serve our clients better and help deliver CAP's vision to see the UK church serving and including those most in need.

Location

Flexible and hybrid working between home and our Head Office in Bradford. For the right candidate remote working may be considered.
