Setup Caseworker (Part time or full time hours available) - Debt Operations

Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW

Hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week (flexible, full and part time available)

Context: Teams of caseworkers at CAP’s headquarters in Bradford carry out the practical debt counselling work of CAP. The service is then delivered to clients through a network of Debt Coaches who are based in partner churches all over the UK. One such team is Client Setup, which sits within the wider Debt Operations department and is responsible for setting off clients on their journey to becoming debt free.

Role: The role of the Setup Caseworker is to create an initial budget for clients and provide them with suitable options to get out of debt. This is achieved by management of a portfolio of client cases through tasks shared across the team.

Person: Client Setup Caseworkers are extremely organised and efficient, effective communicators. They find fun amongst the detail, as well as being big picture thinkers. They’re great with numbers and working to deadlines.

Starting salary: £19,535 progressing up to £22,980 after full training is complete and standards achieved.
