Supporter Engagement Phone Team Leader - Fundraising & Marketing
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:00pm
Context: The Fundraising Operations team aims to inspire individuals and churches through engaging events, supporter appreciation, inspiring phone calls, and insightful data. We support and drive projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing department because we are passionate that individuals give or keep on giving and that churches are compelled to partner with CAP. The Fundraising Operations team is made up of the Events team, Fundraising Support team, Supporter Engagement Phone team, and Data Analytics team.
Role: The Supporter Engagement Phone Team deals with an exciting array of phone projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing department. They conduct primarily outbound telephone communications with a wide range of individuals and churches, inspiring them to engage financially or practically in the work of CAP.
Person: We want to inspire and get to know our supporters and churches and to understand what makes them tick. We are driven by working together to efficiently hit our targets, meet our deadlines and show appreciation to our supporters.
Starting salary: £24,000 - £26,047 per annum (full time)

The role will require one evening of work per week to 8:30pm
