Supporter Engagement Phone Team Operator - Fundraising & Marketing
Location: CAP, Jubilee Mill, North Street, Bradford, BD1 4EW
Hours: 30 hours per week
Context: The Fundraising Operations team goes all out to inspire individuals and churches through engaging events, supporter appreciation, inspiring phone calls, and insightful data. We support and drive projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing department because we are passionate that individuals give and keep on giving, and that churches are compelled to partner with CAP. The Fundraising Operations team is made up of the Events team, Fundraising Support team, Supporter Engagement Phone team and Data Analytics team.
Role: The Supporter Engagement Phone Team deals with an exciting array of phone projects from the wider Fundraising and Marketing department. They connect with a variety of individuals and churches, inspiring them to engage financially or practically in the work of CAP.
Person: Whether they are encouraging regular giving, inviting people to events, or thanking a brilliant supporter, our Supporter Engagement Phone team are passionate about communicating CAP’s vision in creative ways on the phone.
Starting salary: £19,040.00 (pro rata)
