System and Reporting Technician

Teams of Debt Advisors at our head office in Bradford carry out the debt counselling work of CAP. The service is then delivered to clients through a network of Debt Coaches who are based in partner churches all over the UK. This is managed via a bespoke system called HOPE on which budgets are created, plans managed and payments to creditors are made.

The role

The role of the System ans Reporting Technician is to liaise with Debt Operations advisors and management, data analysts and developers to support the implementation and business development of the HOPE system, while also facilitating information gathering and problem resolution in relation to any technical queries that may arise.

Who we're looking for

We are extremely organised and efficient, able to self manage and self motivate. We love to equip our advisors to help our clients through the use of an efficient and effective HOPE system.
