Christians Against Poverty has helped tens of thousands of people to break free from debt and poverty over our first 25 years. Thousands have seen their lives change forever by being introduced to Jesus Christ. We have major plans to modernise the way we work through our award-winning CAP debt centres, job clubs, life skills and CAP Money training. As the world emerges from the pandemic, we want to help local churches serve twice as many people and are investing significantly in Technology to achieve that.
The new role of Tech Planning Analyst will identify system requirements from across the charity. You will gather together existing requests, manage a new centralised ‘front door’ for new ideas, work with other departments to record the tech aspects of rolling 5-year roadmaps, gather latent demand from ministry teams, improve how we define system requirements, and gather relevant information to help the Tech and Product Teams prioritise, schedule and budget. The role does not involve programming or systems development, but will need an understanding of ‘business analysis’ and working with others to define system requirements well.
