Some travel and weekend work will be required by this role to enable course delivery
Through the CAP Money Course, UK churches equip thousands of people with life changing money management skills every year. The course is delivered by CAP Money Coaches who are trained and supported by the CAP Head Office team.
This role sits in the People Transformation team, which aims to ensure all CAP staff, workers and coaches are equipped to maximise their potential in their role with CAP. We believe becoming a fantastic and stronger employee doesn’t just happen by accident and we are here to help.
Redeveloping the CAP Money Course is one of CAPs strategic priorities. This role will create engaging and accessible training for coaches as we pilot and launch the new course materials, and facilitate ongoing development and training to help coaches deliver the redeveloped course effectively in a wide range of contexts.
