Thank you for attending United!

Every day at CAP, we witness God’s plan to end UK poverty and restore a broken world. We see despair turned into hope, and shame turned into joy.

Just look at what we, alongside the local Church, have been a part of for the last 30 years*

Sharon’s story

You might have already heard about Sharon, but her story never gets old. Sharon faced a situation that once felt impossible. As a single mum of seven, she was navigating financial hardship, an abusive relationship and the daily pressures of running a household while living with the stress of managing debt and dyslexia.**

Seeing her living life in all its fulness now reminds us exactly why we’re here.

Give a gift today

Through your daily hard work, your prayers and your passion, you’re already all-in on making stories like Sharon’s possible. And as staff members and local CAP workers, you have a front-row seat to see the impact, knowing how much financial gifts make a difference.

That’s why we’re inviting you to consider backing the church-based movement by becoming a Life Changer today.

Whether it’s £5, £50 or more each month, every amount makes a tangible difference in helping more people like Sharon live life in all its fullness. Please hear us when we say there is no pressure: only give if you can and what fits your budget.

How else can we stand together today?

**It’s important to note that Sharon’s experience took place before new rules, the Taking control of goods’ regulations, were introduced in 2014 as a change to previously existing regulations. Thankfully, these regulations have greatly improved the experiences of many people, however the emotional impact for those who receive notification of enforcement action still remains real for many today.
